Damages and Issues

2. Reporting an Issue

When contacting us, please provide at least 3 photos or videos, including images of the product itself and its packaging, so we can better understand the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Returns

1. Return Conditions

• You can return items within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be in unused condition and in the same state as when they were received.

3. Shipping Costs

Refunds
