270-degree Awning Room

The awning room is a nice addition to the 270 awning. Was easy to set up and take down for the most part, folding up the wall panels by yourself not so much. My only complaint/constructive feedback about the whole setup is the inner panel only has 2 zipper doors and could use a 3rd access door foward. If this was mounted to an SUV or my Tacoma it would probably be adequate to access the back seat doors with the room up. However in my use on my camper and probably on a full sized pickup with a longer bed having an additional zipper door on the forward section of the inner panel would be really helpful. My complaint is probably limited to my particular setup also. I thought there was a door there when I added the awning room to my purchase. But looking closer and after setting it all up, I was wrong. I might assess modifying that section for my needs by sewing a zipper onto that section to allow access to the camper door. I could probably get away with folding that part back to get in and out, or leave it off all together but that kind of defeats having a screened off area. Overall not to bad.

Used it for the first time on a mountain, it was pretty windy, but it held up great and worked flawlessly in the rain.

I recently purchased a 270 awning and took it on a trip. Despite the heavy rain, there were no issues, as the rain repelled right off. Even in crazy winds, this awning held up remarkably well.

Easy to install it works. Great the only issue I had was on the Gen 1 Sequoia the rear hatch would hit if you tried to open the door all the way after some engineering it sit perfect and is way MORE than I was Expecting!!!!

I am very pleased with the awning room. It is very simple and quick to set up. One thing to keep in mind, the inner wall will be reversed. It’s on purpose for water proofing.
