In-Stock Items
· In-stock items are processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
· You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this 2-hour window, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
Pre-Order Items
· Some items in our store may be available for pre-order. When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or soon to be available.
· You may cancel a pre-order before it has been shipped. Once the order has shipped, cancellations and modifications cannot be made.
Notice
· Due to the large size and high shipping costs of rooftop tents (RTTs), if you need to cancel your RTT order after the freight carrier has picked it up, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
· If you need to change the delivery address after receiving the shipment confirmation email, you will be responsible for any re-consignment fees or holding fees incurred by the freight carrier due to the address change.
