Track the order
We’ll update you with a tracking number once your order ships, which usually takes about two business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping address, warehouse location, and carrier. For larger items, the carrier may contact you to coordinate delivery.
Shipping damage
Your order is carefully packed before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product. Our team will help you with the next steps.
Return
All items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Before requesting a return or exchange, please contact us first at support@topoakoverland.com.
To help us process your request smoothly, returned items should be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging when possible.
