New Top Oak Owner

We are pleased with our purchase and the customer service that we have received from the time we placed our order to delivery. We were notified immediately of any changes in our order and expectations of the product and delivery service. Packaging was great, it arrived in a wooden crate and nothing was damaged. Setup wasn’t too bad. We had 3 people assisting with installation and it took a mere 15-20 minutes to mount it to our truck. We’ve camped in our rooftop tent twice so far and everything worked as planned. The only minor complaint is the mattress pad is very hard but we are planning to put a thin topper pad on it for more comfort. We are looking forward to more off-the-grid excursions in the near future with our tent. Very pleased so far!

Galaxy 2.0

No complaints with the tent! Seems to be great quality for a good price. Unfortunately it came with a dent in it and a small fracture on the aluminum shell. It was clearly shippings fault and topoak were quick to make it right and very responsive. I’ve only done one weekend trip but so far I really like the tent.

Received my tent last week, well packaged in a wooden crate. Zero damage. So far I really like this tent and, so far have only spent one night in it prior to a 2 week trip coming up soon.
