Q: How long will it take to receive the product after I place an order?

A: Typically, the product will be prepared for shipping in two business days and is anticipated to reach any state in the Contiguous US in 14 business days.

Q: What's your warranty policy?

A: We have a 2-year warranty for all parts the tent.

Q: What's your return and refund policy?

A: Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate requests for refunds or returns in cases where the issue is not related to product quality.

Q: I received my tent and it arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: Please take photos both of the damage on the tent and the damaged packing box and send us these photos via E-mail to initiate an insurance claim. Please aware, insurance claims can only be processed in cases where both the outer packaging and the tent itself are damaged. 

Q: Can I pick up the product by myself? Will it be cheaper this way?

A: Sure! Our warehouse is based in Los Angeles, CA. Please select Pick Up when you check out and contact us. We'll send you a bill of lading to you for pick up. You can save $299 shipping if you pick up the product yourself. Please note that the warehouse only provides pickup services and does not offer installation. After pickup, you will still need to install the item yourself.

Q: Can the tent be shipped to Canada? Are there any additional fees?

A:The specific cost for shipping to Canada is as follows:
Shipping fee:$499 USD
Import Tax: CA$90($66.31 USD)
Clearance Fee: $150 USD
