Installation Guide

Step 1: Open the packaging and take out one inner panel.

Step 2: Slide the section with the flexible rib into the track.

Step 3: Slide the section with the flexible rib to the end of the track.

Step 4: Use the Velcro on the both side of the flexible rib to attach it to the awning.

The first inner panel is now set up.

Step 5: Take out outer front panel.

Step 6: Attach the outer rear panel by velcro.

(Make sure to install it on the outside of the awning poles).

The second outer rear panel is now set up.

Step 7: Take out outer front panel.

Step 8: Attach outer front panel by velcro.

Step 9: Zip up the side connection zipper

Step 10: Stake down the awning room with the ground pegs. The installation of the entire awning room is now complete!

Good addition to awning

The awning room is a nice addition to the 270 awning. Was easy to set up and take down for the most part, folding up the wall panels by yourself not so much. My only complaint/constructive feedback about the whole setup is the inner panel only has 2 zipper doors and could use a 3rd access door foward. If this was mounted to an SUV or my Tacoma it would probably be adequate to access the back seat doors with the room up. However in my use on my camper and probably on a full sized pickup with a longer bed having an additional zipper door on the forward section of the inner panel would be really helpful. My complaint is probably limited to my particular setup also. I thought there was a door there when I added the awning room to my purchase. But looking closer and after setting it all up, I was wrong. I might assess modifying that section for my needs by sewing a zipper onto that section to allow access to the camper door. I could probably get away with folding that part back to get in and out, or leave it off all together but that kind of defeats having a screened off area. Overall not to bad.

Used it for the first time on a mountain, it was pretty windy, but it held up great and worked flawlessly in the rain.

I recently purchased a 270 awning and took it on a trip. Despite the heavy rain, there were no issues, as the rain repelled right off. Even in crazy winds, this awning held up remarkably well.

Quality is Great

I purchased the passenger side awning room for my 5x9 Hiker Trailer. The quality of the panels, ease of installation, and size are wonderful. Unfortunately, the side door doesn't line up with my trailer door, so I am trying different ways of installing the inside panel. If it's not installed at all, it leaves large openings on each end of the trailer that can create a bit of a wind tunnel. So, I'll be experimenting with different ways to line up the door, or maybe alter that panel. This may be an issue unique to the size of my trailer, but make sure you measure everything when buying the awning walls.

Great value

Seems to be very well made for the price. Has same features as awnings twice the price. Time and use will tell the tale
