Mats Roos We installed this in about two hours and referred to the online video for guidance a couple of times in the process. No issues. Very well engineered, all parts were included and nothing damaged in shipping. The packaging box was high grade plywood, very protective of the RTT. It is surprisingly spacious inside, plenty of room for me and my wife to sleep comfortably. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 I will give 19, 10 is just to low for something this good. / Mats
