INSTALLATION
Important Installation Safety Notice
1. Crossbar Thickness: Each crossbar must be between 1 ¹⁄₃ inches and 2 inches thick.
2. Crossbar Width: Each crossbar must be between 1 ⁷/₈ inches and 3 inches wide.
3. Crossbar Spacing: The distance between the crossbars must be from 30 inches to 60 inches.
4. Dynamic Weight Capacity: The dynamic weight capacity of a single crossbar must exceed 154 lbs(70 kg).
5. Bolt Positioning: Ensure the bolt head is firmly seated in the recess to prevent rotation.
6. Tighten Nuts: Fully secure both the black quick-release nuts and the anti-slip nuts (with the blue rubber ring) at the screw ends. If there isn’t enough space for both, the anti-slip nuts must be installed.
7. Spacing: After tightening all the nuts, if the clearance between the U-bracket and the T-slot is less than 1/5 inch (5 mm), please contact us for assistance.
8. Routine Check: Regularly inspect and re-tighten all nuts before each trip, especially if the tent has been mounted for an extended period.

Very excited about the quality and features of the Stellar. It doesn't mention it on the website, but the tent is equipped with a port for AC/diesel heater hoses, and also has a USB hub inside the tent to charge your devices overnight. The material is high quality, the rain flys are awesome, the ladder is strong. I couldn't be happier.
Spent 2 nights in our brand new Stellar last weekend. So far so good. I am concerned about the longevity of the hinges and clamps not being 316 stainless steel. The salt air of Florida will get to steel through any powder coating out there. The mattress could use a topper because it is too stiff. I am going to need to Raptor line the roof because the sun will fade out and peel that powder coating within a year. This would be a good feature for Top Oak to include in the future. Others are doing it, and the cost is minimal - pass it on to the consumers. I have a suggestion for all these Clam Shell RTT manufacturers: why are we crawling in OVER the top of the zipped-down flaps instead of rolling them UP? All my 23Zero flaps rolled up. That is much better. Change it. Thanks.
The tent is amazing. Everything is on par or even better than tents you'll pay twice as much for.
Doing business with Top Oak has been great! Ordering was easy, shipping was easy and the tent is AMAZING! The quality is up there with some of the top names with muuuch higher prices. I haven’t had a chance to camp in it yet but I’m very excited! Highly recommend Top Oak!
The build quality was much better than expected. I was expecting the materials to be similar to my ground tents but they are much heavier. The lay out of the doors and screens is very well thought out as well, along with their securing loops and toggles. The discovery of a Anderson plug, power block, and an opening for a diesel heater was a pleasant surprise as well since there was no mention of either in the description on the website.
